Fresh live mysis shrimp are a great fresh fish food for your fish and is higher in natural protein than most other foods available. Mysis shrimp are one of the only fresh fish foods that seahorses will eat with no problems. In marine fish, Mysis shrimp are an essential staple for most species. High protein fish foods will encourage bright, healthy colours and often trigger breeding in tropical fish. This food is Gamma Irradiated to ensure it is pathogen free.

Live Mysis shrimp are a great alternative to live brineshrimp for a treat for your medium to large sized freshwater and marine fish and seahorses.

Feeding Guide: Feed your fish 1 to 2 times a day only as much as they will consume in a few minutes. Any uneaten food must be removed after the fish have finished feeding, before it has a chance to break down into harmful ammonia that could lead to water potential quality issues that would be detrimental to the wellbeing of your fish and other livestock. It’s important to feed a varied diet to keep fish in perfect health with great colours.

Mysis shrimp have naturally higher fatty acid levels and Omega-3.
