FishScience Goldfish Sinking Pellets

High quality sinking 2mm pellet specifically formulated for fancy goldfish such as Fantails, Lionheads, Orandas, and Ryukins. This food Recreates the natural, insect based diet that goldfish eat in the wild. Unique formula using Insect meal for improved digestion and less waste. Contains Haematococcus pluvialis, a natural astaxanthin, which promotes excellent fish colouration Encourages healthy growth and enhances the colours of all goldfish.

The sinking pellets encourage the fish to catch food at all levels of the aquarium. Pellets that reach the bottom of the aquarium will encourage natural grubbing behaviour, which is how goldfish and carp get most of their food in the wild. We do not recommend offering a flake diet to any Goldfish as it is not substantial enough to sustain such a large fish, it makes a mess of the aquarium and encourages the fish to feed from the surface, which is not good for Goldfish.

Feeding Instructions

Feed 1 – 2 times per day on as much as your fish will consume in a few minutes. Uneaten should always be removed once the fish have finished feeding, before it has a chance to break down into harmful ammonia and cause potential water quality issues.
