Fish Bag 12" x 24"
Clear plastic fish bag suitable for the transport of fish - we recommend using 2 bags to ensure that punctures and leaks are contained and the bags are extra secure.
To safely bag fish, roll the top of the bag to create a ring. This will act as a flotation aid so you don't have to hold the bag in the water. Scoop water into the bag to fill one third of it. Place the fish into the bag and then holding the top, compress as much air as possible before tying or closing with a rubber band. The contents of the bag should be 30% water and 70% air.
Fish should not be kept in bags any longer than they absolutely must and tropical fish should be kept warm at all times. Adding zeolite and small amounts of filter bacteria can help keep the ammonia under control.
