Air curtains give you a continuous line of bubbles in your aquarium. The longer the curtain the larger the pump you need.

This Air curtain is an economical means to bring powerful aeration to your pond or aquarium. The curtain ball will accept standard 4mm air line and disperse a steady stream of bubbles to create surface agitation and aeration needed.

Oxygen levels in water are very important to all fish, plants and inverts. Particularly during the summer, we need to bring additional oxygen to the water as the higher temperatures mean that the water will hold less oxygen and fish may begin to struggle.

Additionally, as filter bacteria are aerobic, adding a pond air stone to the pond filter will increase the oxygen levels. The more oxygen the bacteria have, the more efficiently they’re able to process waste. Adding air stones will increase the amount of waste your filter can cope with.

Directions for use: Connect air stone to air line and the other air line to the pump. turn on pump and submerge ball in the water. If air pump is al a lower point than the air stone, a non-return valve needs to be fitted.
