Frozen chopped mussels are a great high protein diet for many freshwater and marine species, especially carnivorous. These mussels are carefully selected for freshness and quality then chopped and quickly frozen to provide your fish with the best possible meal. Frozen mussel  is one of the best foods to offer your fish as it is both nutritionally balanced and also very high in protein.

This food is suitable for most carnivorous species of freshwater fish, such as cichlids, eels, polypterous, aquatic frogs, knife fish, discus and piranhas, as well as a treat for other omnivorous fish, including tetra. Most marine fish will benefit from this food, especially triggers, eels, puffers and other predatory fish.

Feeding Guide: Feed your fish 1 to 2 times a day only as much as they will consume in a few minutes. Any uneaten food must be removed after the fish have finished feeding, before it has a chance to break down into harmful ammonia that could lead to water potential quality issues that would be detrimental to the wellbeing of your fish and other livestock.
