Filtral Aeration Set
An aeration set for use with the Oase Filtral UVC filters - the aeration nozzle ensures oxygen input so a light flow is generated in your pond to produce optimal filter results. This item is designed to be fitted to any Oase Filtral filter. The filtral aeration set works on the venturi system. Water movement through the filter nozzle creates vacuum that then sucks air downwards through the air line into the filtration to be dispersed through filter outlet into the pond.
The Airline Tubing simply clips onto the side of the fountain head and draws in air which is then dispersed as oxygen rich bubbles into the pond via the air injector, which attaches to the flow control tap. This enhances the oxygen levels within the water, improving fish health and boosting biological activity which aids pond filtration. This is particularly helpful during the summer months when higher temperatures reduce oxygen levels in the pond.
