Betta Choice Union Mix is a high-quality, resin coated, decorative substrate in red, white and blue. It is suitable for tropical, marine and coldwater aquariums, along with terrariums, vivariums, ponds, and water features. This colourful gravel is inert and will not raise the pH in the water. Rinse before use.

Gravel is  a great choice of substrate for beginners as it can be a lot easier to keep clean for people still learning how to siphon without sucking up unintended items.

Its tricolour effect will bring a classy element to any aquarium and help accentuate the bright colours of many fish. Before use, it is recommended to rinse the substrate thoroughly to remove any dust particles, ensuring a safe and healthy habitat for your aquatic life.

This gravel is perfectly fish safe and will not affect your pH or KH

When adding new gravel or sand to an aquarium, it is advisable to rinse it thoroughly first to remove the dust from it. This will help prevent cloudiness and a change in the aquarium’s pH as the dust can cause this, but the gravel itself does not. If clouding does occur, filter floss can be added to the filtration to help clear it faster.
