Description

Marina Algae Magnet 1¾”

The Marina Algae Magnet 1¾” is a simple and convenient way to remove algae from aquarium glass without putting your hands into the water. The two-part magnetic cleaner allows the internal cleaning pad to follow the external magnet as you move it across the aquarium.

Compact and easy to control, this Small version is particularly useful for smaller aquariums and areas where a larger magnetic cleaner can be awkward to manoeuvre.

Marina Algae Magnet 1¾”

The Marina Algae Magnet uses a strong magnetic connection to hold the two sections together through the aquarium glass. Moving the outer section guides the internal cleaning pad across the inside surface, helping remove everyday algae and keeping the viewing panes clear.

The cleaning surface is non-abrasive and designed for use on glass aquariums, while the compact size makes it easy to store between maintenance sessions.

Suitable for Freshwater & Marine Aquariums

The Marina Algae Magnet can be used in both freshwater and saltwater aquariums, making it a useful general maintenance tool for tropical, coldwater and marine setups.

For best results, clean the glass regularly before algae becomes heavily established.

Important – Avoid Trapped Gravel

Always check that sand, gravel or other hard particles have not become trapped beneath the cleaning pad before moving the magnet. Trapped substrate can scratch aquarium glass even when the cleaning pad itself is non-abrasive.

Rinse the internal section after use to remove any attached algae or debris.
