Pro Rep Ceramic Heat Emitter
The Pro Rep Ceramic Heater has been developed specifically for use with reptiles and amphibians, by providing long wave infra-red energy. As there is no light emitted by this heater, this is an ideal way to keep your pet warm without disturbing their sleep cycle during hours of darkness. Because no light is emitted the ceramic heat emitter can be used to heat an environment during the night or as additional heating during the day. Suitable for all species of reptiles or amphibians.
The long wave infrared heat produced by this emitter will warm reptiles very efficiently. It also increases the ambient air-temperature in the terrarium. Infrared heat penetrates the scales and skin tissue, promoting health and healing as it widens the blood vessels and increases blood circulation. Provides better distribution of heat without concentrating it in one area like spotlights tend to, so it is a good overall heater to use for general heating of the whole enclosure.
