Pre-Packed Live Black Crickets
These are the loudest singers of all Crickets. Black Crickets are slightly larger and provide more nutrients than Brown Crickets, they are a meaty insect which are ideal for feeding various kinds of reptiles. Black Crickets are also less likely to jump around compared to Brown Crickets.
Crickets are the ideal food for various species of reptiles, including bearded dragons, geckos and chameleons, the smaller size is also perfect for frogs, toads and spiders. They are the main staple of many reptile and amphibians species diets.
These crickets will stay alive for about a month, provided that they are given food and water. They can be given bran and rolled oats, but should be offered fruit and vegetables before feeding them to your lizard to give it a healthy vitamin rich meal. Dusting them with calcium powder will also help make them a more rounded meal of all the nutrients needed. Give water by using Habistat H2O Balls rather than a dish of water that they may drown in.
