British native of wetland meadows, marshes, streams and ponds. Scrambling rafting plant with beautiful deep red flowers. Excellent wildlife plant especially attractive to bumble bees, butterflies and hoverflies. Well suited to shallow water, damp soil, bog gardens and streams.
