Interpet PF Mini Carbon Foams x 4
A 4 pack of replacement carbon foams for use in the Interpet PF mini internal filter. It is a helpful addition on top of your regular filter media for that extra boost to your water quality. Also handy when new wood has been added to the aquarium as carbon absorbs tannins that leech from the wood may discolour your water. Carbon media needs to be replaced periodically as it absorbs toxins and therefore will eventually be spent. Don't forget to remove it if the tank is being treated for any diseases or parasites as carbon also absorbs medications from the water.
5.5cm x 3cm x 2cm
These carbon foams will help remove odours, tannins, toxic heavy metals and chlorine, water discolouration and unwanted treatments. The carbon foam has a finite life span and should be replaced every 8 weeks.
