Loose shrimps are ideal for feeding to large predatory tropical and marine fish but is also excellent for feeding to aquatic turtles.

Loose Shrimp are a great Frozen Fish food, They are often fed to large marine fish such as triggers, puffers and eels, but are equally appealing to tropical fish like red tail catfish, King Kong Parrots, oscars and other predators that may have outgrown the usual fresh foods like brine shrimp and bloodworm. Turtles in particular enjoy these shrimp as they are a natural part of the turtle’s diet. Please be aware that rivershrimp are very large in comparison to all other live foods. Make sure your fish is large enough to eat them. The shrimp can however be chopped up into smaller chunks for juvenile fish or smaller predators that may not be large enough to consume them otherwise.

Feeding Guide: Feed your fish 1 to 2 times a day only as much as they will consume in a few minutes. Any uneaten food must be removed after the fish have finished feeding, before it has a chance to break down into harmful ammonia that could lead to water potential quality issues that would be detrimental to the wellbeing of your fish and other livestock.

This food is gamma iradiated and completely hygienic. You can keep it in your freezer without needing to worry about potential health hazards.
