Fluval U Clean & Clear Cartridges
Nitrates and phosphates are the two end products of the nitrogen cycle. Both of these are consumed by plants, but can easily be produced much faster than the plants are able to process it and this will open the doors to algae blooms.
The Fluval Clean & Clear cartridge is packed with special high performance resins, proven to reduce phosphate and nitrate for a cleaner, clearer aquarium and healthier fish. When used alongside Fluval's Biomax media, it will help extend the time between the need for water changes by collecting the pollutants that would otherwise remain in the water column and cause algae and water quality issues. The end result is greater clarity and improved health of your fish and other livestock. Replacing this media periodically ensures that it continues to perform at its very best.
