Description

Oase FiltoClear 13000 Pond Filter and Pump Set OC

The Oase FiltoClear 13000 Pond Filter and Pump Set OC is a complete pressure filtration system for medium-sized garden ponds, combining the FiltoClear 13000 pressure filter, integrated 24W UVC and AquaMax Eco Premium 9000 pond pump in one correctly matched package.

Designed for ponds up to 13,000 litres, or 7,000 litres with fish, the system combines mechanical and biological filtration with UV clarification to help maintain clear, healthy pond water. For koi ponds, Oase rates the system for up to 3,500 litres.

FiltoClear 13000 Set OC

One of the main advantages of the FiltoClear system is its compact pressure-filter design. Because the controls and maintenance functions are located in the lid, the filter can be partially buried beside the pond, leaving only the top accessible.

This makes it much easier to disguise within planting or landscaping than a conventional box filter, while the pressurised outlet means filtered water can also be returned to a raised waterfall or stream.

AquaMax Eco Premium 9000 Pump Included

The set includes the Oase AquaMax Eco Premium 9000, removing the guesswork from matching the correct pump to the filter.

The pump delivers a maximum flow rate of 8,000 litres per hour within this set and has a power consumption of just 60W, providing strong circulation while remaining economical to run.

Integrated 24W UVC

A powerful 24W UVC clarifier is built directly into the FiltoClear 13000. As pond water passes through the system, the UVC helps control the free-floating algae responsible for green water, allowing the filtration system to remove the resulting particles.

The UV lamp has also been designed for straightforward replacement without dismantling the quartz glass.

Easy-Clean Pressure Filter

Routine maintenance is handled using the FiltoClear’s patented external cleaning mechanism. The filter sponges can be compressed and cleaned without having to remove them from the filter each time.

A two-way valve then allows dirty cleaning water to be diverted to waste rather than returned to the pond, making regular filter maintenance considerably quicker and cleaner.

Oase bypass technology maintains efficient water movement through the filter and helps reduce the likelihood of clogging.

Suitable Pond Sizes

The Oase FiltoClear 13000 Set OC is rated for:

Maximum pond size: 13,000 litres
Pond with fish: 7,000 litres
Pond with koi: 3,500 litres

Always allow for factors such as fish stocking levels, direct sunlight, feeding rates and debris when choosing a pond filter. Heavily stocked ponds may benefit from selecting a larger filtration system.
