Description

Ciano Nexus Pure 25 Aquarium

The Ciano Nexus Pure 25 Cube Aquarium is a compact glass nano aquarium combining a distinctive contemporary shape with integrated LED lighting and filtration. With a 22-litre useful capacity, it’s particularly well suited to small planted displays, shrimp aquariums and carefully selected nano livestock.

Its compact footprint makes it easy to accommodate on a suitable cabinet or work surface, while the raised LED lighting gives the Nexus a more open, modern appearance than a conventional hooded aquarium.

Ciano Nexus Pure 25 Aquarium

The Nexus Pure 25 measures approximately 29 × 33.8 × 38cm and uses a tall, compact format that provides useful display height without taking up a large amount of floor space.

The aquarium is constructed from glass and finished with a clean white lighting support, making it an attractive option for contemporary rooms as well as smaller spaces where a full-sized aquarium isn’t practical.

Integrated LED Lighting

A 2.5W low-voltage LED lighting system is included as standard.

Mounted above the aquarium on the distinctive lighting support, the LED provides bright illumination for viewing the aquarium while keeping the top of the display relatively open and uncluttered.

The light operates from a low-voltage 12V supply.

CF40 Internal Filtration

The Nexus Pure 25 is supplied with a Ciano CF40 internal filter, providing circulation and filtration without the need to purchase a separate filter before setting the aquarium up.

The filtration system uses Ciano’s replaceable media system and is supplied with WATER CLEAR & PROTECTION Size S and WATER FOAM Size S media.

The foam provides mechanical filtration by trapping suspended debris, while the additional filter media helps maintain clearer aquarium water.

Ideal for Nano Aquariums

With a useful volume of approximately 22 litres, the Nexus Pure 25 lends itself particularly well to smaller aquascapes.

Plants, wood, stone and fine substrates can be used to create an attractive planted display, while the compact dimensions make the aquarium particularly popular for shrimp and other appropriately selected small aquatic inhabitants.

As with any nano aquarium, livestock should be chosen according to the actual water volume rather than simply the physical dimensions of the tank.

Protective Cover

A protective top cover is included with the aquarium, helping reduce evaporation and providing additional security for livestock while retaining the clean appearance of the Nexus design.
