The Ciano Aqua LED Aquarium range offers a simple and practical way to get started with fishkeeping, combining a modern glass aquarium with essential equipment in one convenient package. Available in several sizes and in black or white, the Aqua range is suitable for everything from compact planted displays through to larger tropical community aquariums.

Designed with beginners in mind but equally useful for experienced fishkeepers looking for a straightforward aquarium setup, each model includes LED lighting and internal filtration, so there is no need to purchase the main pieces of equipment separately.

The clean rectangular shape also makes the Aqua range easy to aquascape, with plenty of room for gravel or sand, plants, wood, rocks and aquarium ornaments.

Ciano Aqua LED Aquarium Starter Kit

Every Ciano Aqua LED Aquarium is supplied with integrated LED lighting, providing bright, energy-efficient illumination while bringing out the colours of fish, plants and aquarium decoration.

Internal filtration is also included to provide essential water circulation and mechanical filtration. The Ciano filtration system can be maintained using replacement filter media and cartridges, making routine maintenance straightforward once the aquarium is established.

The larger Aqua 60 and Aqua 80 models also include a heater, making them particularly convenient for setting up a tropical freshwater aquarium. If you’re choosing the smaller Aqua 20 or Aqua 30 for tropical livestock, a suitably sized heater will need to be purchased separately.

A Choice of Ciano Aqua Aquarium Sizes

One of the biggest advantages of the Ciano Aqua range is the choice of aquarium sizes. Whether you’re looking for a small aquarium for a carefully selected nano setup or something larger for a tropical community, there is an option to suit different spaces and requirements.

Aqua 20 – 40 × 20 × 26 cm – approx. 17 litres

A compact aquarium with a shallow footprint, ideal where space is limited. Livestock should be chosen carefully to suit the smaller water volume.

Aqua 30 – 40 × 20 × 40.2 cm – approx. 25 litres

The same compact 40 × 20 cm footprint with additional height and water capacity, giving you more room for taller plants and aquascaping.

Aqua 60 – 60 × 30 × 33.5 cm – approx. 58 litres

A versatile size for a small tropical community aquarium, providing considerably more swimming space while remaining compact enough for many homes.

Aqua 80 – 80 × 30 × 41.5 cm – approx. 71 litres

The largest option on this listing, providing additional swimming room and greater scope for creating a more substantial planted or community aquarium.

Suitable for Planted Aquariums

The simple rectangular design makes the Ciano Aqua particularly easy to personalise. Natural gravel or sand can be combined with aquarium wood, stone and live plants to create anything from a straightforward beginner setup to a more heavily planted display.

The supplied LED lighting provides attractive illumination and is suitable for many commonly kept aquarium plants. For owners wanting to develop a more heavily planted setup, compatible additional Ciano plant lighting is also available for selected models.

Black or White Finish

The Ciano Aqua range is available in black or white, allowing you to choose whichever finish works best with your room and aquarium design.

Matching aquarium stands are also available separately for selected larger models, providing proper support while creating a neat, coordinated finished aquarium.
