Black Air hose 15m 6/9mm 

Black air hose, perfect for use in ponds or aquariums. Please ensure your air pump has the right fitting as this air line is larger than standard!

Air line is necessary for connecting your air pump to the aquarium and provide vital aeration and surface movement for your livestock. This addition of oxygen is particularly important during the summer when higher temperatures reduce oxygen levels in the water column. Air lines become hard and brittle over time, making it very difficult to replace the air stone without having to cut the line that it’s attached to.

This air line is not a standard size to fit all standard air pumps and air stones, so please ensure that you have the right fittings. Don’t forget … If your air pump is below the level of water in your aquarium you’ll need a – Non Return Valve to prevent the possibility of water being back syphoned from the aquarium if the air pump were to be switched off for any reason.

This air line is also safe to use for drip acclimatisation of both freshwater and marine livestock.
