The Cleair Sargasso 2.0 Deep 725 Aquarium, Sump and Cabinet is an impressive large-format aquarium system designed for fishkeepers who want serious water volume, generous swimming space and the clean, furniture-quality finish associated with Cleair Aquatics.

With a 725-litre total system volume, including a substantial 600-litre display aquarium and 125-litre sump, the Sargasso Deep 725 provides an exceptional canvas for creating a large tropical, coldwater, marine or aquascaped display.

Measuring 150cm wide and 60cm deep, with an impressive 90cm aquarium height, this isn’t simply a longer aquarium made bigger. The additional height gives the display a striking sense of scale and provides considerably more vertical swimming and aquascaping space than a conventional 150cm aquarium.

Better still, the Sargasso 2.0 is supplied as a complete system. The matching factory-built cabinet, sump, pipework, circulation pump, digital titanium heater, LED lighting and lighting timers are all included as standard.

The combination of a 150 × 60cm footprint and 90cm aquarium height creates approximately 600 litres of display volume, giving larger fish and substantial communities considerably more usable space while creating a spectacular viewing area.

That additional height also opens up some interesting possibilities when aquascaping. Tall pieces of wood, large rock structures and substantial planting can be used without making the aquarium feel cramped, while marine keepers have ample room for creating dramatic reef structures.

725L Litre Aquarium with Integrated Sump

Rather than relying on equipment positioned inside the display aquarium, the Sargasso 2.0 Deep 725 incorporates a 125-litre sump filtration system beneath the aquarium.

Water is continuously circulated between the display and sump, allowing filtration media and much of the aquarium’s supporting equipment to be kept discreetly inside the cabinet.

The result is a cleaner-looking display while providing excellent scope for mechanical and biological filtration.
