Exo Terra Water Dish Extra Large

The Exo Terra Water Dish Extra Large is a large, stable water bowl designed to provide reptiles, amphibians and invertebrates with easy access to fresh drinking water.

Made from food-grade resin, it combines a realistic rock-effect exterior with a smooth, non-porous interior that’s easy to clean. Its natural appearance blends comfortably into desert, tropical and other naturalistic terrarium setups.

At 23.5 × 28.5 × 7cm, the Extra Large size provides a generous water area for larger enclosure inhabitants.

Stable Design for Larger Reptiles

Larger reptiles can make surprisingly short work of lightweight water bowls!

The Exo Terra Water Dish has a broad, solid construction that provides good stability and helps reduce the likelihood of the bowl being accidentally tipped over as animals move around the enclosure.

This can mean fewer spills and less wet substrate, while helping maintain a reliable source of drinking water.

Built-In Safety Steps

Steps moulded into the inside of the bowl provide an easier escape route for small reptiles, amphibians and feeder insects that accidentally enter the water.

These are particularly useful for crickets and other small enclosure inhabitants that may otherwise struggle to climb the bowl’s smooth sides.

The steps help reduce drowning risk, although the depth and suitability of any water dish should still be appropriate for the species being kept.

Smooth, Easy-Clean Interior

The inside of the Exo Terra Water Dish has a smooth, non-porous surface, making it easy to clean and disinfect and helping prevent dirt and organic material becoming trapped in pits and crevices.

Water should still be changed regularly, with the bowl cleaned whenever necessary to prevent the build-up of food, substrate and other debris.

The textured exterior has been designed to resemble natural rock rather than a conventional plastic bowl.

Its neutral colouring means it can be incorporated into desert, tropical, woodland and other naturalistic terrariums without looking out of place.
