Waterlifes Myxazin P Fin Rot and Ulcer Pond Fish Treatment is used as a broad spectrum bactericide for Fin Rot, Body Rot, ulcers, wounds, abrasions, sores, raised veins, blood streaks, "redness", Pop Eye, Cloudy Eye and other bacterial infections. It should be used daily until symptoms disappear, which takes typically 3 to 5 days.

Always check water quality parameters before attempting disease diagnosis. Poor water quality will prevent healing. In addition, Myxazin P may be used as a prophylactic treatment (for disease prevention) in order to reduce the risk of disease, when new fish are introduced. Other uses include sterilising nets, as well as live and frozen fish foods such as blood worm, daphnia and brine shrimp.

This product is safe for Pond, Aquarium and Marine treatment. In marine tanks, it is only to be used on fish systems and quarantines, but not reef tanks.
