Description

SuperFish Home 8L Mini Aquarium

The SuperFish Home 8L Mini Aquarium is a compact 8-litre aquarium designed for shrimp, miniature aquascapes and other small aquatic displays. Its modern acrylic construction and integrated equipment make it particularly useful where space is limited, whether at home or in the office.

Measuring just 20.5 × 20.5 × 25.7cm, the Home 8 provides a neat plug-and-play setup without separate lighting or filtration taking up additional space.

SuperFish Home 8 Mini Aquarium

Unlike a conventional glass aquarium, the Home 8 is manufactured from lightweight acrylic. SuperFish states that the material is stronger, safer and approximately 48% lighter than glass.

The filtration, pump and lighting are all incorporated neatly into the aquarium, helping to maintain its clean, uncluttered appearance.

Integrated LED Lighting

Energy-efficient 1W LED lighting is built into the aquarium and operates at a low 12V for added safety.

The light provides attractive illumination for small aquascapes while consuming very little electricity.

Built-In Filtration

The Home 8 features an integrated filter and pump with a replaceable activated-carbon filter cartridge.

The cartridge helps remove impurities from the water and can be replaced easily as part of normal aquarium maintenance. There is also space within the filter compartment for an optional heater.

Ideal for Small Aquascapes

With an 8-litre capacity, the Home 8 works particularly well as a compact planted display or shrimp aquarium.

Its small size also makes it useful for specialist applications such as photographing small aquatic livestock or creating a miniature aquascape where a larger aquarium simply isn’t required.
