Spiky Moss in 80cc Cup

Spiky moss is a slower growing moss for use in freshwater aquariums. Saying that though it's still a very easy plant to grow and thrives in all freshwater aquariums just slightly slower than Java Moss and others! There are no extra requirements to be able to keep this healthy as it doesn't need a specific CO2 level or light level as long as there isn't too much direct sunlight as this can scorch the leaves. It doesn't even mind if its in a coldwater or tropical aquarium as long as the water temperature is above 15 degrees celcius.

Spiky moss leaves can grown up to 5cm and it will spread outwards as it grows to create a great dense mat of foliage. Regular pruning is recommended to keep your aquarium looking tidy. We have some great set up's in store that show off how well it grows and how great it looks.
