Additional food can be offered, like nori smaller bits of frozen fish food and pellets. Their colours can vary a great deal, depending on where they originate from.
It is important to remember that starfish are completely intolerant of fluctuations in oxygen levels, salinity and pH, as well as poor water quality. They are also invertebrates. so any medication with copper can be detrimental to them.
