Exo Terra Water Dish Large

The Exo Terra Water Dish Large is a sturdy, natural-looking water bowl designed to provide reptiles, amphibians and invertebrates with convenient access to fresh drinking water.

Made from food-grade resin, it combines a realistic rock-effect exterior with a smooth, non-porous interior that’s easy to clean. Its neutral appearance allows it to blend naturally into desert, tropical, woodland and other terrarium setups.

At 22 × 17.8 × 5.5cm, the Large size provides a generous drinking area without taking up as much enclosure space as the Extra Large version.

Stable Design

The broad, solid construction gives the Exo Terra Water Dish good stability, helping to reduce accidental tipping and spills when larger or more active reptiles move around the enclosure.

A stable water bowl also helps prevent unnecessarily wet substrate caused by animals repeatedly overturning lightweight dishes.

Built-In Safety Steps

Small steps are moulded into the inside of the bowl, providing an easier escape route for crickets, small reptiles, amphibians and other small animals that accidentally enter the water.

These help reduce the risk of animals becoming trapped by the bowl’s smooth sides, although the water depth and dish size should always be appropriate for the species being kept.

Smooth, Easy-Clean Interior

The smooth, non-porous internal surface makes the bowl easy to clean and disinfect and helps prevent food, substrate and other organic material becoming lodged in small pits and crevices.

Fresh water should be provided regularly and the dish cleaned whenever necessary to maintain good enclosure hygiene.
