Evolution Aqua Sinking Airline – Per Metre

Evolution Aqua Sinking Airline is a heavy-duty air hose designed specifically for pond aeration systems. Unlike conventional airline that tends to float, its heavier construction allows it to sink naturally to the bottom of the pond, keeping pipework tidy and helping air stones and diffusers remain exactly where they’re needed.

Sold by the metre, it’s ideal when you only need a specific length rather than purchasing a complete roll.

Evolution Aqua Sinking Airline for Pond Aeration

Evolution Aqua Sinking Airline is particularly useful for running air from a pond air pump to submerged air stones, discs and diffusers.

Because the hose naturally sinks, there’s normally no need to attach additional weights to hold it below the surface. This produces a much neater installation and avoids lengths of airline floating visibly around the pond.

Tough Enough for Outdoor Ponds

The airline has a robust, flexible construction designed to resist kinking and cracking, helping maintain a consistent supply of air to the diffuser.

It is also UV stabilised and weather resistant, making it suitable for permanent outdoor pond installations as well as submerged use.

Available in Three Sizes

Choose the diameter required for your air pump and aeration system:

• 4mm internal / 10mm external
• 8mm internal / 15mm external
• 10mm internal / 17mm external

Evolution Aqua specifies that the 8mm and 10mm versions of this sinking airline connect to its Airpump range using the rubber elbow supplied with the pump, while the 4mm version can be connected using the four-tap manifold used with the Airpump 70.

Order the quantity required for your installation. For example, selecting a quantity of 5 gives you 5 metres of airline, allowing you to buy the length you actually need rather than a full manufacturer roll.
