Co2 is a necessity for many aquascapes as there are a large number of plants that simply don’t thrive without it. Most red plants will discolour and many carpeting plants will also suffer without the addition of co2. All plants perform better, grow faster and lusher when co2 is added to the aquarium. Use it in tandem with good quality fertilier and strong, full spectrum lights for the healthiest planted tank you could ever wish for. Co2 cartridges are easy to use with solenoid systems and last surprisingly long when used correctly. We also offer the service of refills on them.
