Callitriche (starwort) – British native oxygenating plant with masses of bright green leaves which reach the surface of the water forming attractive rafts. The submerged leaves provide oxygen & cover for a wide range of pondlife. It also makes an excellent spawning site for goldfish in the summer. Grows in still or moving water so ideally suited to pools, waterfalls or streams
