Our own brand premium sinking sturgeon pellets are a real hit with all of our sturgeon and sterlets. Sturgeon need very specific food, which needs to be high in protein and fast sinking. Our own brand food is 42% crude protein, giving your sturgeon the nutritional boost to put on good weight and grow better during spring and summer. The sinking pellet is specifically designed for the sturgeon, whose mouth is on the underside the body to locate easily. It’s a denser food than standard pond pellets so it sinks fast and doesn’t get stirred up so easily.

Feed as much Premium Sturgeon Sinking Fish Food as the fish will consume within a few minutes. The metabolism of fish is greatly reduced as the water temperature falls. Do not feed if the water temperature falls below 10 degrees celcius as your fish will not be able to digest and pass the food, which will in turn cause health issues in the long term.
