Description

Exo Terra Jungle Vine Small 6ft

The Exo Terra Jungle Vine Small 6ft is a flexible, natural-looking climbing vine designed for reptile and amphibian terrariums. Measuring approximately 182cm long, it can be bent, twisted and positioned to create climbing routes, perches and additional usable space throughout the enclosure.

Its waterproof construction makes it particularly useful in tropical and humid terrariums, while the textured natural appearance blends easily with plants, branches, backgrounds and other enclosure décor.

Exo Terra Jungle Vine Small for Climbing Species

The Exo Terra Jungle Vine Small is particularly useful for arboreal and semi-arboreal reptiles and amphibians.

Rather than limiting animals to the floor and fixed branches of the enclosure, the vine can be positioned horizontally, vertically or diagonally to create additional routes through the terrarium.

This helps make better use of the full height and depth of the enclosure and can provide access to elevated resting or basking areas.

Bendable and Twistable Jungle Vine

Unlike a natural branch, the Exo Terra Jungle Vine Small 6ft can be shaped to suit the individual terrarium.

The flexible construction allows the vine to be bent around branches, backgrounds and other décor or twisted into different shapes to create a more complex climbing environment.

Multiple Jungle Vines can also be twisted together, allowing thicker climbing structures or more elaborate three-dimensional layouts to be created.

Waterproof for Humid Terrariums

The Jungle Vine is made from a sturdy, non-toxic and waterproof material, making it suitable for use in humid environments.

This makes it particularly useful for tropical terrariums containing species that require regular misting or higher humidity levels.

Unlike natural vines, it won’t need the growing conditions of a living plant and can be positioned exactly where it’s most useful within the enclosure.

Create a Three-Dimensional Habitat

A terrarium isn’t just about floor space.

For climbing species, branches and vines allow much more of the enclosure’s available volume to be used. The Exo Terra Jungle Vine can be shaped to connect different areas of the terrarium, creating additional climbing and resting opportunities.

It can also be positioned to provide easier access to suitable basking areas or elevated hides.

Natural Look and Feel

The textured exterior has been designed to resemble a natural jungle vine rather than a smooth artificial perch.

Combine it with cork bark, branches and artificial or live plants to create a more natural-looking terrarium while retaining the convenience of a flexible artificial vine.

At approximately 1cm thick, the Small version is particularly useful for smaller climbing reptiles and amphibians or wherever a finer vine is preferable.
