Air Action Octopus in Jar Aquarium Ornament
An air activated fish tank ornament that produces bubbles with a trap door that opens and closes. The ornament is hard wearing and designed to be perfectly safe for your aquarium fish. It can be connected to an air pump, via and air line to produce bubbles that will oxygenate the water and provide vital surface agitation. Can be cleaned using a cloth or a soft tooth brush to protect the paint work.
Ornaments can be very beneficial to livestock as they provide hiding places for shy or nervous fish, whilst also creating visual barriers for any fish that may be chasing or sparring. This helps everyone feel more at ease and reduces the likelihood of diseases brought on by stress. They can even be territories or territorial boundaries for species that require a little more of their own space, particularly when spawning. Ornaments will help fish exhibit their natural behaviour and feel more relaxed.
This ornament does require an air pump to work but is not included. Don't forget to use a non return valve on your air line if the air pump is below the tank.
