Air Operated Clam is a resin ornament which creates some extra movement in your aquarium. Using a small air pump (not included) the gentle air flow opens and closes the Clam shell and adds some extra oxygen in too.

Perfect for adding a themed element to your aquarium, adding decorations to your aquarium creates a more simulating environment for your fish, providing cover for shy fish or spaces to explore for more inquisitive fish.

This aquarium ornament is safe for all types of fish as it is made from non-toxic materials and paints. It can be easily cleaned using a cloth, sponge or soft toothbrush to avoid damaging the delicate paintwork. You can also use plastic plant and ornament cleaner for a less labour intensive approach to cleaning. Certain treatments should be avoided, such as methylene blue as they may discolour your ornament.
