Description

This Exo Terra Monsoon Rain System Solo II is the new and improved version of their original system. A programmable misting system suitable for all types of terrariums and greenhouses! It helps maintain optimal humidity by generating a fine mist at programmed intervals, the duration and frequency of which can be easily adjusted depending on the type of animal or plant housed. Frequent misting helps stimulate breeding behaviour, and is a necessity when housing live tropical plants such as Bromeliads, orchids, mosses, etc.. It includes a higher grade pressure resistant tubing, to provide a better longevity and reduce break down over time and new leak-proof joint connectors to ensure peace of mind for long term use.

The system can be easily programmed to mist multiple times per 24-hour cycle, with spray durations ranging from 2 seconds up to 2 minutes! The 1.5 litre (0.40 gallon) reservoir ensures continuous operation for several days without the need for refilling (ideal for holidays!), and the reservoir can be easily replenished without needing to uninstall the entire system.

The Exo Terra Monsoon Solo comes with 1 easy-to-install nozzle, but the system can be extended to accommodate up to 2 nozzles, making it ideal for up to 2 terrariums.

(Please note that every additional nozzle will result in less performance from each nozzle installed.) The mist produced by these specially designed nozzles is extremely fine, creating a fog-like effect in the terrarium or greenhouse, and the extra long tubing makes it possible to conceal the unit in a storage area or under the terrarium in a cabinet.
